Dr. Zangerle currently serves as President of CMZ Strategies, LLC, where she advises healthcare organizations on leadership, organizational transformation, and strategic planning.Prior to founding CMZ Strategies, she served as Chief Nurse Executive and Chair of the Nursing Institute at Allegheny Health Network, leading more than 6,000 nurses across acute and ambulatory care settings. Her career has also included executive leadership positions with the Cleveland Clinic and service as Chief Executive Officer of the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio.
Beyond executive leadership, Dr. Zangerle continues to influence healthcare nationally through service with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the American Hospital Association Workforce Committee, and the editorial boards of Nursing Management and Nursing Administration Quarterly.
